Ignition Law Welcomes Holly Jennings as the New Head of Commercial.
An 11-year-qualified senior legal leader, Holly brings extensive experience scaling legal functions and delivering pragmatic, commercially focused advice to fast-growing businesses.
Holly joins Ignition following a successful career spanning both top-tier private practice and senior in-house leadership roles within high-growth organisations. Most recently, as Global Head of Legal for a fast-scaling international group of 1,400 employees, she built and scaled the organisation’s first dedicated global legal function, helping support rapid international growth.
She has particular expertise advising technology and fintech businesses, with extensive experience drafting and negotiating SaaS, licensing and complex commercial agreements. Holly is recognised for her ability to simplify legal processes and create plain-English contracts that accelerate onboarding, support revenue growth and position legal teams as genuine commercial partners to the business.
Holly began her legal career at Hogan Lovells, where she advised on large-scale corporate and private equity transactions.
