Ignition Law is delighted to announce the arrival of Heros Leask as a Managing Associate in the corporate team.
Prior to joining Ignition, Heros held senior in-house positions and practised at Norton Rose Fulbright LLP.
Heros brings extensive experience advising on complex cross-border M&A, venture capital, and private equity transactions spanning the UK, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Recent work highlights include advising on a number of high-value international acquisitions and share sales, as well as an award-winning structured finance transaction that supported the launch of a pioneering electric vehicle initiative in Dubai.
