
Ignition Law has welcomed commercial litigation specialist Jade Naylor as a Consultant in the growing Dispute Resolution team.
With four years’ post-qualification experience, Jade joins from Pinsent Masons, where she trained and practised as an Associate. She advises clients on a broad range of commercial disputes across multiple sectors, including commercial contract disputes, shareholder and director disputes, and urgent injunctive matters.
During her career, Jade has worked on a number of complex and high-profile disputes. Her experience includes:
- acting for a client in the aviation sector defending a High Court breach of contract claim brought by a major airline
- representing a UK university in a large-scale High Court action involving thousands of students seeking compensation for academic disruption
- undertaking an in-house secondment with a global specialty insurer, advising on a diverse portfolio of professional indemnity claims.
Joining Ignition Law’s Dispute Resolution team, Jade will support the firm’s growing client base of start-ups, scale-ups, SMEs and entrepreneurial businesses, providing commercially focused advice to help clients navigate contentious issues and protect their interests.
