Catherine brings with her a wealth of experience predominantly in commercial property but also intellectual property law.
During her ten years in private practice at CMS Cameron Mckenna and Speechly Bircham, Catherine dealt with all aspects of property work; landlord and tenant, sales and acquisitions as well as corporate, banking and insolvency support. She acted for clients of all sizes from large institutional landlords to small end-users, letting office, retail, industrial and more unusual spaces.
Latterly, Catherine spent over 5 years as In-House Counsel for Farrow and Ball. Here, she managed the company’s global retail portfolio and HO/manufacturing units, handling all new lettings, lease renewals and ancillary property documents across the different jurisdictions. She was also intricately involved in putting together the company’s trade mark and other intellectual property strategy and managing the subsequent registrations and enforcements.
If you would like to talk to Ignition Law about a commercial property matter, please do not hesitate to contact Catherine on Catherine@ignition.law who will be happy to help.
