Ignition’s Senior Consultant, Julia Montero, who has recently been appointed as a Non Executive Director, attended the relaunch of The Ivors Academy (formerly BASCA) at Ministry on 27th March.
The Ivors Academy campaigns on behalf of songwriters and composers and has presented the prestigious Ivor Novello awards annually since 1956. This year’s nominees have just been announced ahead of the event on 23rd May at Grosvenor House, London and include Arctic Monkeys, Jorja Smith and Let’s Eat Grandma.
Julia’s practice encompasses music, media and technology law as well as data protection and corporate commercial.
