
We’re excited to share that Ignition Law’s corporate team has successfully completed the sale of two Escapade Companies, transferring ownership of their luxury Escapade Silverstone Residences just in time for this weekend’s Formula One Grand Prix.
The transaction involved a tight turnaround, with new owners eager to enjoy their trackside properties as the action unfolds at Silverstone. With the Grand Prix marking the first major event since the development reached practical completion, the timing couldn’t have been more thrilling.
A front-row seat to the F1 experience
Escapade Silverstone is no ordinary development. This unique estate comprises 60 short-stay luxury Residences set within 14 acres of private land directly adjacent to the iconic Silverstone circuit.
From the sleek, front-row trackside residences, boasting uninterrupted views of Maggotts corner into Becketts, to the peaceful countryside residences nestled further within the estate, every detail is designed for motorsport fans and lifestyle investors alike.
The estate also includes a high-spec clubhouse with a rooftop terrace, gym, swimming pool, sauna, and treatment rooms. During construction, F1 World Champion Jenson Button famously called it “the best place to watch a Formula One race”, and this weekend, guests and owners will finally be able to experience that first-hand.
