Krish is an experienced Senior Consultant advising on all aspects of corporate law.

Krish started her career at PwC LLP working in multi-disciplinary teams to provide holistic client services. Krish moved to Womble Bond Dickinson (UK) LLP where she led complex domestic and international transactions and managed specialist teams and third-party professional advisers acting as a single point of contact for clients. Krish has experience working with clients at all stages of their growth through to established international conglomerates across a range of sectors, particularly technology, financial institutions and energy.

 

Krish can provide support from the outset of a matter advising on suitable legal structures and strategies for financing, disposals, acquisitions or reorganisations, drafting and negotiating heads of terms, preparing complex finance, sale, acquisition or reorganisation documents and managing full-scale legal due diligence through to completing transactions and advising on post-completion integration and actions.

 

Krish is an ESG (Environment, Social and Governance) specialist and can support any client looking to incorporate ESG more widely in their decision-making practices, ensuring compliance with key relevant regulations, and can assist with ESG reporting to key stakeholders as part of wider governance and strategy.

 

Krish has a keen interest in Diversity, Equality & Inclusion having led the BAME employee network at WBD and being core leading member of WBD’s women’s network. She has regularly provided pro bono and charitable support to individuals and small businesses.

Recent Relevant Experience:

 

  • Advising the REG Power Management group on its joint venture partnership with Italy-based Falck Renewables, to jointly develop 200 MW of wind and solar projects in the UK;
  • Advising DG Innovate Plc (previously Path Investments Plc) on its reverse acquisition of DG Innovate Limited and fundraising on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange;
  • Advising a global media intelligence company on multiple, complex international group reorganisations and divestment of certain assets for an aggregate value of over USD 150,000,000;
  • Advising a leading international cybersecurity group on a group restructure to streamline its UK and US operations and increase efficiencies;
  • Advising Quilter on a series of UK share and business acquisitions;
  • Advising Ananda Ventures GmbH on a Series B fundraising in Ieso Digital Health Ltd;
  • Advising Centrica Plc on franchise resales providing strategic, project management and transactional support;
  • Advising Invenio Business Solutions Ltd on a complex international pre-acquisition restructuring and subsequent acquisition of US-group LSI, Inc;
  • Advising a leading telecommunications service provider on corporate governance and stakeholder management related to wealth planning and management incentivisation;
  • Advising a market-leading UK defence group on the acquisition of a geospatial intelligence company to expand its capabilities;
  • Designing and implementing a new international group corporate governance framework for a major UK energy supplier; and
  • Advising IOTech Systems Limited on its seed capital fundraising round with Dell Technologies Capital.

Client Secondments

I was seconded to Liverpool Victoria (LV=) for a year working on a groundbreaking project to convert the institution from a friendly society to a company. This was the first successful conversion of its kind in UK legal history. My work included assessing, advising on and implementing changes to business-wide operations and policies to ensure legal compliance and business efficiency.

A social cause I care about

There are so many that I can’t list them all. Examples include:

  • donating over 200kg and 250 toys to The Dogs Trust;
  • leading the BAME employee network at my previous firm and implementing new strategies and initiatives to level the playing field in increase opportunities for BAME colleagues;
  • providing pro bono support to the University of Southampton and University of Greenwich; and
  • leading multiple collections of food, clothes and other essentials for various local homeless charities.

Other interests

I spend most of my free time taking my dog out for adventures. I create and sell my own handmade jewellery and resin art online. I make my own cosmetics and scented homeware. I also enjoy travelling as much as possible.
