Ella joined Ignition in November 2024 as a paralegal in the corporate team. She completed her undergraduate degree in French and Spanish at the University of Oxford and her GDL at BPP University. Prior to joining Ignition, she worked as a litigation paralegal and an in-house commercial paralegal and undertook vacation schemes at five top City law firms.
