What I do for the business:

I’m part of the Operations Team and my role is admin / organisation, everything from client onboarding to weekly WIP reports, executive diary management, organising travel and hotels, organising know-how sessions – amongst lots of other things!

What gets me out of bed in the morning

Making sure my teenage son is up for work or indeed home from the night before.

A nice cup of tea.

My husband’s snoring.

An entrepreneur I admire

Sir Richard Branson. I love his laid back hippy style. Virgin record shop. What he’s done for train travel. His charitable work. Seems like an approachable guy and I love his quotes, especially this one:

“Clients do not come first. Employees come first. If you take care of your employees, they will take care of the clients.”
