Andrew is an employment lawyer with over 30 years’ experience. He trained and worked in London with Lee Bolton Monier-Williams before moving to the South West of England to join international law firm Womble Bond Dickinson. More recently, Andrew was the retained employment lawyer for the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMIF).
Andrew supports clients across the whole of England and Wales, with a particular focus on start-ups, fast growing SMEs and larger businesses who need pragmatic and cost-effective advice.
Andrew helps clients with the whole range of employment law, including drafting contracts and policies and advising on disciplinary, grievance and discrimination issues. He is also highly experienced in handling change management and redundancy processes, TUPE support on business transfers and settlement agreements.
Andrew is very much a “hands on” lawyer and prefers to become an integrated part of the organisations he advises. He is an expert trainer and believes in the motto “prevention is always better than cure” for all employers

We are delighted to Welcome Emma Clough to the Ignition Team. Emma is joining as a Senior Consultant working in both the Corporate and Commercial teams. Emma is a former General Counsel with excellent experience across a range of corporate and commercial matters. She has specific expertise in relation to key growth stages for start ups and scale ups.
Holly Kelsey from our Commercial Law team worked on this deal between Levidian Nanosystems and Zero Carbon Ventures, bringing world-class carbon-reducing innovations to the Middle East
