We are delighted to welcome paralegal Shannice Crooks to the Ignition Team. She is joining as a Paralegal within the core team.
Shannice is known as Siany (pronounced shar-knee) and is very excited to be joining Ignition law team as a permanent paralegal on the core team.
Prior to joining us, Siany was working as a corporate paralegal for a boutique law firm in the West End where she carried out duties such as:
- Drafting deeds, share certificates and heads of terms;
- Conducting due diligence on potential acquisitions; and
- Companies House filing.
Outside of work she enjoys finding new places to hike with her rescue dog, Zeus.
