
We are delighted to welcome Phil Robinson to the team as Managing Associate.
Phil spent eleven years in the Royal Marines before leaving in 2010 and retraining as a lawyer where he then joined Linklaters. Phil joined the Corporate Department and specialised in mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and general corporate advisory work.
During nearly seven years at Linklaters, Phil worked on a wide variety of deals including the sale of Homebase to Wesfarmers, the acquisition of a large UK housebuilder by Countryside Properties plc and most recently the proposed sale of the Battersea Power Station.
