Mike was a senior Corporate partner at Addleshaw Goddard for nearly 27 years where he led the London Corporate team for many years. Mike is now enjoying working with SME & growth companies as part of the senior team here at Ignition.

Mike is committed to promoting better mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and legal sector, and was a co-founder of The Mindful Business Charter, a multi-award winning collaboration framework that helps to reduce unnecessary sources of workplace stress and to foster a culture of teamship, openness and respect.

Away from the law, Mike supports early-stage and fringe theatre, and is Chairman of VAULT Creative Arts, a performing arts venue at The Lower Marsh Arts Club in London and formerly producer of London’s acclaimed Vault Festival.

Mike loves theatre, fly-fishing, and Brighton & Hove Albion. He’s a proud family man with a fabulous wife, 4 grown up kids, 2 dogs and a cat!
