Michael has for many years advised a great variety of clients across their property related issues. Clients range from the Secretary of State for Health and numerous NHS Trusts, Universities, and property investment companies to a livery company, SMEs, partnerships and private individuals.

Michael has worked in both large and small law firms, and latterly worked as a partner in the City firm Wedlake Bell before coming out of full time employment in 2019. Since then he has held a number of roles advising a bespoke range of clients. His typical workload includes sales and acquisitions of freehold property, acquisition and grant of leasehold property (acting for both landlords and tenants) and complex property transactions including, for example, development agreements and overage agreements.

Acting for a London University in relation to its property portfolio including taking a lease of its HQ building in Bloomsbury for 999 years;

Acting in the role of secretary to a foreign University based in London;

Acting for a member of the aristocracy in relation to the disposal of parts of their estate in Buckinghamshire;

Acting for a member of a banking family in relation to the disposal of a large mansion house and 35 acres of farm land in Oxfordshire;

Dealing with the acquisition of three units by a celebrity chef for use as restaurants.
