Lindsay Gledhill is a leading intellectual property lawyer and has practised exclusively in the field for over 20 years. She conducts multidisciplinary work, litigation work and high value IP training for Ignition as well as advising Ignition’s client base of entrepreneurs.

Her practice covers patents (both disputes and patent-related deals), designs, copyright across a range of sectors, including software and music, and all aspects of trade mark law.

Lindsay estimates that she has advised over 500 SMEs on all conceivable aspects of intellectual property law, from identifying what rights exist, to verifying who owns them, to diagnosing the impact of contractual obligations on the rights, drafting appropriate contracts and the incisive resolution of disputes, whether simmering or before the court.
