What gets me out of bed in the morning

Most recently it has been Joe Wicks (the Body Coach) as I have been doing his workouts every morning which really motivate me! Other than that it is working on things which I am passionate about, helping people and being able to work for a firm who are doing things differently with an innovative way of working and a fresh outlook on life and experience, ultimately getting the best out of their lawyers to the benefit of clients.

An entrepreneur I admire

Annie Mac. A broadcaster but also a successful entrepreneur who has built a music empire. Through Annie Mac Presents (AMP), Annie has been putting on events, parties and festivals for over 10 years, such as Lost and Found Festival in Malta which brings together a huge variety of artists, DJs and business partners. In 2020, AMP went beyond just the music and hosted four days of music discovery and discussion in London supporting independent venues and up and coming artists, whilst also hosting conversations about really urgent and important topics affecting the music industry, like gender representation, lack of diversity, the environmental crisis and the lack of safeguarding when it comes to mental health. On top of that Annie has created a successful business through her popular podcast discussing really important life and social issues with fascinating people from all walks of life. I really admire how Annie uses her profile and businesses to make real change.
