What gets me out of bed in the morning

Initially, it’s either the pull of the gym or my small children jumping on my head. A few strong coffees later, it’s my curiosity. Having worked in-house extensively across a number of different sectors, I prefer working collaboratively to understand businesses and what makes them, and their people, tick. My experience means that my advice is focused and pragmatic, and I enjoy being an effective sounding board as new ideas and concepts are developed.

An entrepreneur I admire

Tessa Clarke and Saasha Celestial-One, the co-founders of Olio. Olio is an app which connects neighbours with each other and with local businesses so surplus food and non-food items can be shared, not thrown away. The simplicity of the app really helps to drive sustainability at the local and individual levels, and I’m a big fan!
