What gets me out of bed in the morning

The knowledge that I will get to learn something new, create something or be a part of something being done differently. I enjoy new challenges, meeting new people and working as part of a team to make a difference to businesses or people’s lives. Having been a part of a growing start-up business, I can appreciate the challenges faced by clients and focus on adding value.

An entrepreneur I admire

Debbie Wosskow, founder of Love Home Swap (amongst others) and co-founder of The AllBright. As an innovator and self-starter, not only has she built an enormously successful businesses from scratch, showing inspiring drive and resilience, it is her work supporting and promoting female entrepreneurs and other female founders, helping them to find the skills, network and confidence to realise their ambitions I really admire.

The fine print

  • Education and Training: Classical Studies with English Literature, King’s College London; GDL, Graduate LLB and LPC at BPP University London.
  • Work: Jones Chase Employment Lawyers, a niche City firm that I joined on the firm’s inception as a start-up practice and was part of its expansion.
  • Other: Leadership Mentor, King’s College London, BPP Pro Bono, Help for Heroes volunteer
  • Other interests: Literature, theatre, fitness, events organisation and exploring new cuisines.
