Taryn is an experienced corporate lawyer with some broader commercial experience.

Taryn was trained and retained by Freshfields in their Corporate team, before briefly moving to Olswang where she worked very closely with media and tech clients on their corporate and commercial ventures. Taryn then moved In House and has completed positions with Channel Four Television Corporation, Great Point Media and, most recently KPMG via Lawyers on Demand.

Taryn has a proven track record in M&A and growth and early stage investments. She also holds an MBA, awarded with Distinction by Imperial College Business School London (2020).

Relevant experience includes:

  • Providing a wide range of corporate and commercial advice related to setting up a global service centre network.
  • Advising on the acquisition of a global legal network in the ASPAC region.
  • Launching an EIS media ventures fund, investing in companies across the media and digital sector.
  • Advising a media-for-equity fund and production company fund on acquisitions and exits on their investments.
