Moushumi Sharmacharja

Senior Corporate Consultant

Moushumi has many years’ experience working on corporate transactions and restructurings as well as advising companies (as both an external and internal lawyer) on a wide array of commercial matters.

Prior to joining Ignition in July 2022, Moushumi worked at Silver Circle firm Travers Smith LLP for 19 years, where she was Senior Counsel in the Private Equity and Financial Sponsors team. She has also worked in house, acting as Head of Legal at graze in 2017 and 2018 and more recently as General Counsel at loveholidays from 2019 to April 2022.

Moushumi has acted for founders, management teams and private equity houses on sales, buy outs, restructurings, management incentive plans and asset sales and refinancings.
