I am passionate about social mobility and enabling talented individuals to achieve their full potential, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds. Throughout my career I have involved myself in initiatives with this aim.
Much of my time outside work is spent on activities connected to family (I have 3 boys), e.g. football coach, swimming club secretary, school governor, and travelling to Ireland to spend time with my large family there.
