Gerard has several years of experience working on a wide range of UK and cross-border corporate transactions.
Prior to joining Ignition in 2021, Gerard worked as General Counsel at Sensyne Health plc, the AIM listed clinical AI company which he was brought in to help float in 2018. Before that he was a Corporate Partner at Rosenblatt, the AIM listed London City law firm. He has also worked as UK & Ireland In-house Counsel at Experis IT, an IT recruitment process outsourcing company and in the Corporate Department of a US law firm.
Gerard acts for corporates, entrepreneurs and individuals, predominantly in relation to M&A and private investment transactions, although he also has significant experience of equity capital markets and restructuring transactions.
