What gets me out of bed in the morning

3 kids to feed and a dog to walk, but once that’s done it’s the variety of work and the variety of people. Property is such a pervasive topic, it affects us all in one way or another and there’s always a new angle or a new issue to consider. For most clients property is not their core business and I enjoy the challenge of removing the inconvenience so they can get on with what is. Technology is increasingly changing how we use it and having the opportunity to shape the environment we all live in is a real buzz for me.

An entrepreneur I admire

I admire all entrepreneurs and I enjoy working with them as they bring out the best in me. If I had to pick one I would say Chris Sheldrick of What3Words; I heard him speak recently and was blown away by his passion and enthusiasm. And what a brilliant idea!
