What gets me out of bed in the morning

Usually it’s whatever thought that was keeping me awake the night before. I mean that in a positive sense though, in that I genuinely enjoy the process of problem solving, whether for my own benefit or that of my clients, but until I’ve reached the correct answer, I can be a little obsessive. That, alongside an underlying curiosity towards life, and the knowledge that working with likeminded colleagues and clients is the best way to satisfy that curiosity.

An entrepreneur I admire

Jake Carpenter, Burton. For creating a great business and corporate culture and resisting outside investment (based on a desire to maintain that culture) in favour of scaling organically, all which resulted in the creation of an entirely new sport.
