On Tuesday 16th May Ignition Law Co-Founder Alex McPherson participated as a panellist at the Thomson Reuters Entrepreneurial Law Firm Conference, providing insights into the future of law, supporting Generations X and Y in the workplace, and factors motivating millennials.

The panel discussion focussed on providing more autonomy, agile working, trust and individual empowerment.

The Thomson Reuters Entrepreneurial Law Firm Conference 2017 recognised and celebrated the achievements of firms that are making signficant progress in business transformation and cultural change. Topics included:

  • Understanding your clients’ ever-changing needs
  • Inspiring growth and innovation across your firm
  • Embracing technology to drive efficiencies with limited resources
